Blanchotians – we continue with the question of the image, and the primal scene from The Writing of the Disaster. There is an image that takes us away, as if by sea – not towards a destination, but into distance itself. Time begins to drift, to dilate, and another order quietly takes hold, one in which things no longer present themselves in the same way.
