We continue "Blanchot Sessions", a guided reading group dedicated to Maurice Blanchot.
The first meeting set us immediately at sea, with “Encountering the Imaginary”. The second one will deepen the voyage, with fragments from “The Two Versions of the Imaginary”. Thus, we’ll ask Blanchot to help us think not only literature but art as well. Image, distance, and the space of a very special kind of time.
We’ll sit with selected passages together, follow the writing closely, and take time for questions in conversation. Additional side materials will be provided.
The sessions remain open and moderated.
No prior knowledge is required – only patience with the text. Little by little, although right away.
